Remote Inspection & QA Support
Review of photos, NCRs, QA documents and ITPs. Support for coatings, insulation, corrosion & compliance – entirely remote.
Coating Inspection
On-site inspection of surface prep, DFT/WFT, adhesion & defects. NORSOK M-501, ISO 12944 and project spec compliance.
Insulation Inspection
Visual checks of pipe and tank insulation systems. Includes CUI risk evaluation and barrier integrity assessment.
QA/QC Support & Documentation
Development and review of ITPs, reports and material traceability. Assistance during audits, punch closure and turnover documentation.
Training & Site Testing
On-site training for painters and insulators. Field tests, qualification checks & startup supervision.
NDT & Welding
Visual fit-up, weld inspections, and WPS compliance.NDT (VT, MT, PT, UT, RT) via certified inspectors under our coordination.
